Easy-Life Easy Carbo 500ml

Easy-Life Easy Carbo is a powerful, liquid form of carbon dioxide (CO2) which is an essential for good plant growth. An easy to use alternative to gas bottles and diffusers, and for dosing daily, all planted aquaria will see a marked improvement by using this alone. For best results (in most aquariums) use with Easy Life Profito and Ferro. Available in 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml, and 5L bottles. This 500ml bottle treats up to 25,000 litres.

Why use Easy Carbo?

• Carbon (in the form of CO2 dissolved in the water) is one of the most important nutrients for optimal plant growth.
• In the absence of carbon, a plant cannot adapt and grow properly. As a result of this deficiency, plant growth comes to a standstill and plants no longer compete with algae for nutrients.
• If this carbon deficiency persists for too long, the plants will start to leak sugars and other nutrients that are attractive to algae. Result: algae and bad-looking leaves. EasyCarbo will provide the solution.
• After about 2 weeks of using EasyCarbo, plants will be growing and looking much better.
• Algae will struggle to grow too due to plants being healthier and being able to consume their food source.

Dosage & total treatment volume:

• Daily: Use 1ml per 50 litres in moderately planted aquaria, or 2ml per 50 litres in densely planted set ups.
• This 500ml bottle treats up to 25,000 litres.

Usage tips:

• For best results use with Easy-Life Profito (complete plant food) and Ferro (iron). These products used together will help develop a lush, planted aquarium.
• When in doubt: If you are in doubt about the plant occupancy, start the first 2 weeks with half a minimum dosage per day to let the plants get used to it. The dosage then becomes: 1 ml per 100 litres per day.
• Some plant species, such as Vallisneria or waterweed, can react sensitively to EasyCarbo. Especially if the water is a bit soft. Then adjust the dosage (1/2 dose) and dose every other day.
• EasyCarbo can be used with gas bottle CO2 fertilization too without any problems. In fact, plants such as Cryptocoryne sp. or Echinodorus sp. will grow even better when using EasyCarbo and CO2 at the same time.
