Shipping policy

We promise to ship to you within an absolute maximum of 30 days after purchase. The vast majority of orders will be shipped out within 14 days of purchase as we like to ensure only the best quality is shipped and may hold off sending old stock to send you fresh new arrivals instead.

Should your order have any delays then otherwise expected you will be contacted by us. If the order exceeds the 30 days promise you will be refunded. As we serve livestock it is sometimes not possible to send or sell them if any issues arise which could happen within hours of purchasing, should this happen we will contact you.

Live fish will only ever be sent via APC which is a minimum shipping charge of £30. We reserve the rights to delay shipping because of extreme weather conditions which you will be contacted regarding to re-arrange another delivery date.

Other goods including live food, plants or dry goods will be shipped out at varying rates.
