Cerith snail

Cerith snails are great little algae eaters. A great alternative cleaner to hermits and gobies for sand work. They burrow through the sand and stick to surfaces chewing their way through undesirable algae. Cerith snails can come in white and black variaties. Please reach out to us if you require a certain type before purchasing. The ones pictured are dalmatian ceriths from carribean. 

Best housed with no hermits as they might desire their shells. 

When releasing snails ensure they land the right way up as they can get stuck if not the right way up.
